Join or Renew Membership:

Any individual who is actively engaged in Compensation or Human Resource functions is eligible for membership with the South Texas Compensation and Benefits Association (STXCABA). Paid membership runs on a rolling calendar year, based on when you enroll your membership. Your membership is on an individual, rather than organization/corporate basis. If you leave your current organization, your STXCABA membership goes with you.

To join STXCABA:

• All membership dues are payable in advance. Membership begins the day of joining/renewal and ends the same day of the month you joined/renewed in on the following year. 
• Begin by clicking membership level and clicking "next" to walk you through application process.  Please be sure to use an email address that will follow you (employer changes) so we can continue to contact you.  This email address will be used as your login to STXCABA Members Only Site.

STXCABA  reserves the right to change membership levels at the discretion of the Board. All membership applications are subject to approval and revision.

*****Effective January 1, 2025, there will be a slight increase in our membership fees.  In addition, we will be adding a new membership tier. This change allows us to continue enhancing the quality of the benefits and services we offer.  

We understand that rate changes can be a concern, and we want to assure you that this adjustment is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and value that you’ve come to expect from us. Here’s what you can expect:

New Membership Rates:

Professional Membership - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

**New** World@Work Dual Member Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments.

Student Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments.

Gift Membership Redemption - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Please note, this option is only used if you received a gift certificate from a member.

**New** Group Membership Level:

Corporate Membership* - $225.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments.  Corporate Membership offers a bundle of at least 3 membership slots, with discounted rates on additional memberships.

To show our appreciation, all members renewing their membership before December 31, 2024 will have the opportunity to lock in the current rate for one more year. We encourage you to take advantage of this option before the new rates come into effect.
